Caitlin and Michael become friends when Mrs. Brooks the schools consoler puts Caitlin in another recess so she could make new friends. When Caitlin was at recess one day she saw Michael by himself looking sad, and she walked towards him to see what was wrong. Michael was sad because his mother died during a school shootings, and Caitlin gave Michael a gummy worm to comfort him. He thought she was very nice to him, and that is how they became friends. Why is Caitlin so threatened by Michael?s friendship with Josh?

Patrick Sayers period 8 4/27/14 chapter 11 1) Nonviolence has influenced the way that we live our everyday life. Active nonviolence is one more way too help stray away from evil that we have created. By living out nonviolence we have gotten closer to ending the evil that flows in us, and closer to God. One example of this is war. Instead of fighting wars against our brothers and sisters, and causing bloodshed, we can find a way to have peace between the two sides.
