Proteins Proteins are responsible for the construction and repairing of bones. Protein also provides Amino acids. Water Water helps maintain Homeostasis and to filter the body. IT also carries other nutrients cells. Your body is 60% Water. Fats Fats provide essential energy for the body and help vitamins absorb into your body. Vitamins Vitamins help boost the immune system and help support normal growth and development. minerals Minerals help make cells function properly.
