Krishun Jackson W-ex.16 Notes BIM-2 E-Ex. 16 Notes -An excel table is a range of data with special column headers that enable you to reference a range of data in a formula more naturally. -Excel tables are best for data that?s organized primarily by columns, since automatic totals and other functions can be inserted per column, but not by row. -You create a table by selecting a range of data that includes headings for every column and then using the Format as Table button in the Styles group on the Home tab. -Excel automatically names the table, although you can change the table name.

?? ?? THE GIANT AHAP REVIEW OUTLINE! Horace Greeley High School Europeans Colonize North America (1600 ? 1640) *English Interest in Colonization* - By the sixteenth century, many countries, including Spain, France and the Netherlands, had established colonies in the New World. Until the foundation of Jamestown, however, the English didn?t have any successful permanent colonies in North America. - Prior to Jamestown, Sir Walter Raleigh of the Sea Dogs formed a joint stock company and received a charter to found a colony on Roanoke Island in 1584. It failed, and he tried again in 1585 and 1587. Both were failures, and the fate of the 1587 colony remains a mystery (all colonists disappeared).

Powerpoint Hints ? 1.???? One background for the whole presentation.? Avoid pictures as background. ? 2.??? Follow the 7/7 rule: No more than seven words per line.? No more?than seven lines per slide.?? ? 3.??? No more than three different fonts.? This means that one font can appear in three sizes, one font in one size and another in two sizes, etc.? ? 4.??? Go easy on the ?extras.?? Words that wave their way in are cute once. On every slide they?re annoying. ? 5.??? No font smaller than 22. ? 6.??? Do not read your slides to the class. A PPT presentation is basically a speech, with a nifty visual aid.? What?s on your slides should help your presentation, not BE your presentation.
