Harini Pasupuleti Non Fiction Spoiler Alert The Vow The Vow written by Kim and Krickitt Carpenter is a true story that was turned into a major motion picture. It takes place in the 1990?s and is about the true life story of Krickitt and Kim Carpenters? marriage. Kim and Krickitt, 10 weeks after they were in a car accident in which Krickitt lost all of her memories but except memories about her parents and her old family friends. I loved this book; it was such a bittersweet true story that made me want to believe in fairytale romance. I give this book 5 stars, it was everything I wanted in a book, and it had humor, romance, drama, and most importantly a happy ending.

Courtney McCoy Dr. Kyler English 112 12 October 2012 Change in Iranian Film after the Iranian Revolution While attending a Catholic school for twelve years, censorship was common to have ideas agree with the Catholic faith. Every year, my high school held touch of class day where the seniors produced a video. The principal and president approved the final cut of the video. When scenes were shot for the video, teachers oversaw the process. To a greater extent, this same process developed in the Iranian film industry after the Iranian Revolution in the 1970s. After the revolution, Islamic leaders censored movies to fit an Islamic mold that would not corrupt viewers and the role of women changed to be in the background of films or eliminated all together.

Serving in Florida is an essay written by Barbara Ehrenreich that is a first-hand experience by the author in the world of working minimum wage jobs. The author tried to balance two low paying jobs in order to make ends meet. Ehrenreich mainly uses pathos, or the emotional appeal, in her essay to persuade young adults to go to college and strive for high paying jobs and uses ethos, the ethical appeal as the secondary rhetorical appeal in her essay to convince her readers that she is indeed a credible author.
