Tran Transformation Humans like to think of themselves as superior to animals, yet they forget that they too are animals. Their animalistic side shows when people wage war over resources, similar to how animals fight over territory. The Hunger Games explores this topic by showing certain characters who take joy in killing others with no regard for human life. Eliezer Wiesel also shows the transition from human to animal in his book Night. The author shows how prejudice robs both its perpetrators and victims of their humanity.
