Only 2% of those were denied entry. 1st) pass physical exam 2) government inspector check documents- required to prove never convicted a felony, able to work, proof of having some money. 2. Angel Island : (West Coast mainly Asians/ Chinese) One of the immigration inspection statin in U.S. San Francisco. Harsh questions and long detention in dirty building for waiting. 3. Melting Pot: a mixture of people of different culture and races who blended together by abandoning their native language and customs. USA=melting pot.
