The Most Dangerous Game - Character Analysis In ?The Most Dangerous Game?, Sanger Rainsford is the protagonist. He?s known for being a great huntsman and for writing a few books on hunting in the story. On the other side posing as the antagonist, we have General Zaroff, another great hunter.
