It?s Warm, Not Hot My comfort food is a popular one among many Chinese food lovers. It has warmed me during the cold winters, swept away stressful thoughts, and told me a story of a great general. Mentioning ?a great general,? might have already blown my cover that I was hinting at General Tso?s Chicken. It has a reputation of being a really spicy dish among Chinese food and I love it, even though I cannot really handle spicy food well. I will always remember my first encounter with it, standing besides my uncle tossing the chicken on the flaming wok.
