Minimalism centers around narratives which tend to pare down a story to its bare essence, avoiding lengthy description or complexity of plot in favor of a more simplistic representation of character and conflict. Identify examples within "Cathedral" that demonstrate that this is a Minimalist text. Make sure that your answer is original (not identical to a previous answer).
