Yesterday the Japanese Navy attacked the United States Navy Base. The United States Navy Base was in Pearl Harbor which is West of Honolulu on the island of O?ahu, Hawaii. They attacked because the Japanese wanted to destroy the United States ships and weapons before they could fully get into World War II. They tried to do this by having two waves of airplanes. The first wave arrived at 7:55 a.m. and contained 183 planes. The next wave came about an hour later and consisted of 167 planes.

Teachers usually assume students can compare because everyone makes comparisons so often. Yet frequency of activity does not guarantee the quality.
