Conclusion: I accept my null hypothesis for the cross between wild type P and non-purple P, wild type P and yellow-green P, and wild type P and non-purple yellow-green P Brassica rapa. Discussion: We accepted all three null hypotheses, determining there was no statistically significant difference between the expected phenotypic ratio of 3:1 in the monohybrid crosses and 9:3:3:1 in the dihybrid cross and the ratios that we observed. Using this information, we can conclude that the F1 generation of Brassica rapa that we initially planted were heterozygous.

Need Notes?

While we strive to provide the most comprehensive notes for as many high school textbooks as possible, there are certainly going to be some that we miss. Drop us a note and let us know which textbooks you need. Be sure to include which edition of the textbook you are using! If we see enough demand, we'll do whatever we can to get those notes up on the site for you!
