Who was the better Progressive Era President??? Woodrow Wilson or Teddy Roosevelt....
my teacher hinted towards picking Wilson as the better progressive president.. but why??? CAN ANYONE HELP!!?

Roosevelt. definitely Roosevelt. So many reforms occured under him. Ex. He revealed the dangers of the meat packing industry and passed the Food and Drug act. He also saved much of the wildlife in the west such as preservation of forests into national parks. Panama canal was another one of his achievements.
