Algebra 1 or Algebra 2

Next year I am taking AP Physics B but I am also taking algebra 2 and havent taken it yet. Am I in trouble?

- What does AP Physics B use more algebra 1 or algebra 2?

I don't mean to scare you, but you're going to have some difficulties, especially in the beginning. AP Physics B is meant to be taught with or after Pre-Calculus, one year of math beyond what you're going to be taking. You're gonna have to deal with vectors and maybe more a year before you get to it in math.

But don't freak out. If you want, I can help you learn all that stuff, just know you're going to need a good scientific calculator at least, although I recommend getting a graphing one for your math course and those ahead. Not to mention that fact that you can play games on it lol. If you need help, you can ask me, but my suggestion is that you go to your physics teacher and tell her that you're taking Algebra II and then perhaps go to the Pre-Cal teacher, or maybe even your Algebra teacher and explain the situation to them. They may be able to help you.
