WHERE'S Ch44? in the notes/outlines? my book goes up to ch44 and im worthless, so i need some notes on it, so help me and get some notes!

The notes on the website are for Version 11 of American Pagent
What about the Vocab, it has ch.44 in it, how'd you get that if you only have the so called 11th edition? or, if they where given to you by a specific site, could you tell me what site that is? thx
