what do you recommend for UGA?

gpa wise?
rank wise?
SAT wise?

what ever else...

and any other tips to getting into competetive school?

Here's a lot of information. Just try to stay ahead of the curve/in upper categories, and be involved in school. Clubs and other extra-curriculars will help you out a lot in the end. And for your application, don't be shy. This is your time to sell yourself. Let the admissions committee know that you are what they're looking for and you're what they need on their campus.

oh the irony of you answering this question. lol

to be quite honest, i dont think its that difficult to get into UGA, although i could be condemning myself by saying that.
for competitive schools, it's quite obvious that you need an above average GPA and show that you can handle their courses. try to aim in the 2000s in the sats, although im sure in some you can get below that with the help of extracirriculars.
just dont overdo yourself. that's worse than making a 1200 on the sat.
do only what you can, and dont do what you cant. that is really important.
