Schedule Help, please

Next year I am going to be a senior and I am having some difficulty in selecting my courses for next year.

The only courses I am required to take are an English, Government, Economics, Physics, and P.E. credit.

Right now my schedule is set up like this:

  • AP English 4
  • AP Government(1/2 credit)/AP Economics(only teaches the Macro. 1/2 credit)
  • AP Biology
  • Pre-AP Physics
  • Honors Pharmacology
  • AP Psychology(1/2 credit)/P.E. 3(1/2 credit)
  • AP Calculus AB-BC
  • Senior Release(I need time to study because I am also doing some independent study).

My main thing is that I am pretty fat and definitely lazy. There is a way to waive the gym credit needed, but it is to take Health Science II. HSII is a double blocked class that allows you to take Hospital Rotations. My problem is, if I do take this class I will have to drop AP Psychology (which I do not want to do).

Now, I have two more problems. 1) There are two Pre-AP Physics teachers at my school, and they are both awful. I do not want to take Physics, which is a class I think I would really enjoy, if the teacher will ruin it for me. Also, I hate doing labs. 2) I hate English. I do really well in every class except English. I teeter on a B all the time in there. I am awful at analyzing literature and stuff like that.

So my two plans were to take Dual Credit English 4 and Pre-AP Physics during the summer. That way I do not have to take a tougher English class during school, and I can still graduate. However, I would then want to take AP Physics which is taught by the same two awful teachers. I would deal with it then though.

One last problem, however, and it is a REALLY bad one. I live in Texas, and I just moved here this year from Tennessee. In the 8th grade, I took Algebra I, but we were not given a credit for it. The graduation requirements there were "3 Mathematics credits," but here it is "3 Mathematics credits, Algebra I, Geometry, and another math required" or something like that. Now my Junior High that I took Algebra I at had crappy record taking and may not have my classes recorded. So I may have to freaking take Algebra I as a Senior along with AP Calculus AB-BC. It's pretty embarrassing but I would deal with it. My question is, if I do have to take that class again, should I drop Senior Release for it? Or something else?
