College Question

i just get a D in my Spanish 2 honor class semester grade and it's the only D i ever get in my whole life and i wonder if this will affect my college admission beacuse i junior and can't take the course again will i go to a four year college :eek:.

If the D wasn't your final grade, don't be so concerned because colleges rarely look at quarter grades. As long as you work hard for the rest of the year it should cancel out. If the class was a semester class and the D was your final grade, then it really shouldn't have too much of an effect on admissions. Schools will also take into consideration that it was an honors course.

You should be fine, if the rest of your report card it good, then colleges will understand. Plus if you work hard this semester and get it up to a B or even an A by the end of this semester, colleges will see that you had an issue and that you worked hard and you got better. Don't worry about it, one D won't ruin your chances for getting into college
