Hey I'm Ace and I need help with my essay... The prompt is analyze the effectiveness of political compromise reducing sectional tensions in the period 1820 to 1861.

the 3 key pts in my thesis I know is to A. take a position B.fully redress the prompt C. seperate your ideas into organizational categories.

My ideas originally were what disrupted political compromise, but that's not what it's asking!

could someone help me find which categories can help me analyze this. Would one be concessions?
