hows your sleep???

i sleep twice a day. 3hours each.. how bout u guys?

Well, I sleep normal unlike you who sleeps 3hours twice each day. That's quiet not a good sleeping pattern or you just simply lie and deceive us in here.

whats the normal sleepings hours then? is there any scientific proof to know exactly whats "enough sleep" really is??

I sleep however much I can. When I have a lot of homework, I only sleep like 5 hours and when I don't, I sleep alllll night :)

The last few weeks screwed me over. I've been going to bed at 3 or 4 and waking up at 11 or 12. Kind of screws the whole day over. This happened to me last year too, I got into a stupid pattern and missed 80 percent of my 8AM classes

^^^exactly.. you get to missed your morning work due to this stupid sleeping pattern.

I usually get like 5 or 6 hours, sometimes more, sometimes less depending on homework.

I sleep 5 hours on weekdays and 8-10 hours on weekends

I get 7 hours a night.
