I'm a sophomore and my school is in the process to get accepted in the IB program. If we do get accepted and become an IB school, my class (2010) would be the first IB graduating class and that in itself is pretty scary.

I just want to know if I should take IB next year (if we make it) because it seems pretty hard. AP is hard as it is, so I'm not sure if I want to do IB.

And if any of you are taking IB or have already taken it, it'd be nice if you can tell me what it's like.

i've never taken an IB course, but i'm sure you can get through it if you're determined enough...and plus, you sound really smart anyways...i'm a junior this year..and thinking back to when i was a sophomore, i slacked off so much...teachers too..all we did in class was watch movies, even in my ap class!!! ;)

but if you do plan to take the IB course, you can always pm me or email or im, which ever you want..and i can help you with whatever i can!!

GOOD LUCK with everything!! :D

I'm gonna be going to into the IB program next year. I'm expecting the worst, and hoping that colleges will take IB into consideration. I've heard rumors that some colleges prefer AP and don't pay much attention to IB...

Yea, I heard that too. Some schools are finally starting to realize that Ib is harder than AP, so they're slowly changing their outlook. But I went to several conventions and the ones there accepted IB applicants. So that's good. (I want to get into Emory, Rollin, Colby, or UGA). hehe.

Well, Pinoy2bproud, I guess we're gonna be in it together. lol. Do you know which classes you want to take?

Well, we don't have a wide variety. For HL, I'm thinking Eng, History, and math. I'll also do Bio, Music, and Spanish each SL.
