I really don't think that Iraq will ever be a stable country ever again. There are so many insurgents that it will be hard for the country to rebuild and restabalize again.

Why do you belive this? Iraq will restabalize. They want to be. This can be seen in the fact that in mid december they had a very suscessful election. Nearly 70% of Iraq 15 million eligable voters voted. This is a milestone for the Iraqi people. The attacks from the insurgents are ever decreasing and once people reliese that the insurgents are not being succesful they were slowly fade away. Look back 60 years ago at the fall of Germany. Many people belived that there would never be a democracy in the war torn country. There were attacks from former military forces all over the country on allied soldiers. The last of our troops were removed 10 years to the day the war ended but democracy won. Democracy will happen. Trust me.
