You know, something like "if you dont forward this message to all of your friends in the next 5 minutes you will fail ALL of your AP tests and never go to college!"

Best story wins a prize! :D I dont what it will be but I'll think of something hahah. Wouldnt it be cool to be the author of one of those (stupid) chain letters that everyone knows about? :)

Oh I know.

One day though, I'll show you all why I should be king!

And such a modest king you would make ShirtNinja.
I may even be persuaded to vote for ya ;)

King Arthur: I am your king.
Woman: Well I didn't vote for you.
King Arthur: You don't vote for kings.
Woman: Well how'd you become king then?
King Arthur: The Lady of the Lake, her arm clad in the purest shimmering samite held aloft Excalibur from the bosom of the water, signifying by divine providence that I, Arthur, was to carry Excalibur. THAT is why I am your king.
Dennis:Listen, strange women lyin' in ponds distributin' swords is no basis for a system of government. Supreme executive power derives from a mandate from the masses, not from some farcical aquatic ceremony.

You sparked my memory of that film.

Ok, back on topic as I'm actually somewhat serious about this haha :)

ideas... what famous historical figure are you most like? (use comical ones)... a petition to the College Board who is "going to make the SATs and AP exams a lot harder" (lol!) and collect signatures :)... hell- maybe a petition that the College Board is trying to shut down Course Notes lol...what else?

You have received this message forward to fifteen people or you will be struck dumb next time you open your AP US History textbook with the intent to learn.

I'm not sure that'll work. The response from the people I know would probably go like this:

Ohhhh...so you're supposed to OPEN the textbook at some point during the year if you want to learn?

Oookay...how 'bought "If you don't pass this message on to at least ten other people (parents not included), each time you look at an essay or DBQ promt for an APUSH test, it will turn into the one subject you didn't study for!"

At least I'll get points for cornyness....

That certainly was the case for me last year. Especially in May...

So far I've been lucky...the only tough spot when we had to analize a cartoon and I couldn't remember the one word I wanted to use.....

Although there have been many chain letters which you recall as stupid over the past generations...THIS ONE is different.

In the midst of studies and time-consuming courses, one always needs to find extra help, yet how will you find such help if this chain letter is broken and the curse for possible shut down of all relief centers, being attached to this very letter, is unleashed???

IF you do not send this letter on to at least 10 people, your school life will suffer and your brain cells will die...If you do not believe in this letter being passed on by the holy Gods of course-notes.org, you will encounter terrifying punishments from the powerful ones above...

This note has been started and shall need to be passed on. This is an urgent letter that all must read then pass on to others within ONE hour of their reading!!!

Wow, I guess I should've checked the date...this is OLD!!! But:
"...thank you for your time, if this message is not transferred to at least 12 accomplices within the next 400 seconds this electronic device will explode...have a nice day :)"
