Stress!

Stress, Stress, Stress! we've all head that word used a lot through out our school year. We've also heard that most teenagers and adults go through it. They learn how to deal with it. But How? How does a teen deal with stress?

Obviously, there are many ways that one could try to deal with stress. But the first step that is most important (especially to me) in relieving stress is figuring out what is stressing you out. Is it a homework assignment, test, or a big project coming up soon? Ot maybe it's not a school thing, but a family, friend or personal problem.

AP #1

My first AP class. Would it be hard? Would I pass or fail? What would the homework be like? Those were some of the many thoughts running through my head. Trying to Find the Rhythm

“Rhythm!” Bellowed my dance teacher. “Rhythm, rhythm, rhythm!” he repeated over and over again to a group of beginning African dance one students of which I, unfortunately somehow was part of.

You see, the only reason I had put myself in such a “rhythm-filled” situation was because in theory this class seemed fun, effortless, and most importantly, an easy A. But as I learned quickly and harshly, it was about as far as that as anything could come. African Dance class was how I should say, tough, challenging, and most importantly it demanded your entire dedication.
