Stacy Barros Prof. Tony O Mech. 1 18 March 2015 Reed Switch Explanation When the permanent magnets rotate and getting close to the reed switch making it close and allowing the current to flow. The reed switch is naturally open and when magnet #1 gets close to the reed switch it causes the electromagnetic to push magnet #2 away from the (stator) coil. The battery causes this to happen over and over again until the battery is removed. The smaller the gap between the permanent magnet and the coil as well as the placement of the reed switch will affect how fast the rotor rotates. If the reed switch is not placed properly the rotor will rotate slowly or not at all.

The weather in Qatar remains almost the same all throughout the year, except the few winter months that the country gets. The climate of any place depends upon the geographical location of the place. Apart from that, the latitudinal and longitudinal extent of the country also determines the weather of the place. Qatar climate is also dependent on these features.

Water Cycle: The water cycle describes the existence and movement of water on, in, and above the Earth. Earth's water is always in movement and is always changing states, from liquid to vapor to ice and back again. The water cycle has been working for billions of years and all life on Earth depends on it continuing to work; the Earth would be a pretty stale place without it. The water cycle has no starting point. But once the water is evaporated from its source (seas, oceans, ponds, lakes, etc.), it is taken to the atmosphere by vapor current. When the vapor is in the atmosphere the water condenses into the cloud and it falls back to the earth in the form of cloud particles. This is known as precipitation. Nitrogen Cycle:
